Tenant Line SMS Program
Last updated November 4, 2026
Tenant Line (Tenant Line, operated by Dylan Ravine) runs a text messaging program that lets tenants report maintenance issues to their property manager.
How tenants opt in
Property management companies that use Tenant Line give their tenants a Tenant Line phone number, for example in their lease, move-in packet, building notices or by email, together with the notice below. Tenants opt in by sending the first text message to that number. We never text anyone who hasn't texted us first.
