Terms of Service

Last updated November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tenant Line, a service provided by Tenant Line, operated by Dylan Ravine. By using Tenant Line, including by sending a text message to a Tenant Line number, you agree to these terms.

The service

Tenant Line lets tenants report maintenance issues to their property manager by text message. An AI assistant replies with follow-up questions and creates a ticket for the property manager, who decides what happens next.

Not for emergencies

Tenant Line is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, or you smell gas, see fire or smoke, or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, leave the area and call 911 or your gas company's emergency line first. AI replies may contain mistakes and are not professional advice.
